We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, deliver requested updates, provide secure client access and maintain an evidence-led professional service.
Information you provide
When you contact us or register for the newsletter, we receive the details entered in the relevant form. These may include your name, work email, organisation, role, topic or project interests, message and evidence links. Records are stored securely for the stated purpose.
Accounts and security
Authorised users sign in with an email address and password. Authentication is processed by our secure infrastructure; passwords are not visible to Brazil Minerals Intelligence and session credentials are held in secure, HTTP-only cookies. We use Supabase for authentication and protected form storage, and Google Workspace for contact delivery.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, scope requested work, maintain commercial records and assess submitted evidence. Newsletter details are used to provide Brazil Minerals Intelligence updates and understand subscriber interests. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time by emailing contact@brazilmineralintel.com. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and attribution
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources and privacy-conscious interaction events, including newsletter registration without personal details. Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept analytics”. We do not send names, email addresses, form messages or submitted evidence to Google Analytics. Campaign parameters may be retained for the browser session. You can decline analytics and continue using the site with essential functionality.
Retention and rights
Enquiry, newsletter and account records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the relationship, requested communications, security, legal obligations and evidence governance. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@brazilmineralintel.com.
